Great customer service. After dropping off my vehicle it was determined that my vehicle did not need as many repairs as originally thought. My fee was less than anticipated. It?s so wonderful to see that there are great companies out there that will not take advantage of a bad situation. I will refer everyone I know to this place. They also work on Generators!

Everyone was very kind and helpful. My only suggestion would be to improve your call back system. you had my car for several days and I had to call to check on progress, even when I had been promised a call back. I will still use your service.

We always go to Adolf Hoepfl for our state inspections. The staff is always so friendly, and the service is fast. We love going there.

Disappointed to arrive on time for an 11:00 am appointment for inspection and oil change and find at 4:30 pm that I needed a battery and the car would not be ready for a while.

They are alway so helpful and honest. They diagnosed my problem and when my warranty would not pay because they were not a dealership they did not even charge me. So wonderful!

The service writer didn't get repaired a worn suspension part suggested by the service technician. The incomplete suspension repair was obvious upon getting the vehicle back. I returned the vehicle to get the suspension fully repaired. Though good in the end, it took two extra days with the vehicle.

Great reliable service, explained the problem and the fix for the problem. Thank you Kathryn and Sybren for your help. So glad you have kept the integrity that represents this business.
